What We Do
Face to face Personal Training
Coach Ash offers individual or shared training sessions at two locations:
  • Grip and Grit Fitness – Tenerife
  • Brisbane Showgrounds – Bowen Hills (outdoors & undercover)
Training is personalised and follows principles of functional movements with doses of high intensity work. We place a big emphasis on mechanics and technique. Our sessions are not off the cuff or random. Your program will be planned, periodised and tailored specifically to you with full consideration of your training history, goals and abilities.
Remote Coaching
Fit Ash F have several remote training programs that give you the ability to train in a safe and effective manner at home or at a fitness facility. Custom programs are available- contact us to apply.

The Fit Ash F remote coaching service includes regular communication and feedback with your coach as well as the ability for video review and semi-regular face to face sessions. Members all over Australia and Internationally have participated in the Fit Ash F remote coaching program.

Corrective Action (The CrossFix)
Get a custom corrective action program to improve: strength, performance, pain, movement patterns. We take you through a comprehensive assessment where asses your:
  • Mobility
  • Flexibility
  • Strength
  • Muscular imbalances
  • Movement patterns
We will then create a custom, corrective program for you that will remove your limitations leaving you pain free, stronger and more balanced.
